CHIA SEED BANANA STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE RECIPE
2 Cups Yogurt
1 Large Banana cut into small pieces
1 Cup Fresh Strawberries
1 Cup Juice of Orange
1 tsp. Ground Flax Seed
2 Tbsp. Whole Chia Seeds In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients, except chia seeds, until nice and smooth.
