PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE WEBSITE WWW.VLCCINSTITUTE.COM ; MOBILE APPLICATION OR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE USER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE SO PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

1. Electronic Record

• 1.1 The present document shall constitute and be deemed to be electronic record as defined and in accordance to the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made there under, applicable to electronic record, as well as any amended provisions including but not limited to legislations stipulated in various statues relating to electronic records. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
• 1.2 This document is being published on www.vlccinstitute.com and its Mobile Application in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011.

2. Introduction

• 2.1 We thank You (Customer/User/You/Your) for registering with VLCC as its brand, (We/Us/Our/VLCC) on www.vlccinstitute.com (Website) as well as on our Mobile Application (App). Your agreement with us includes these User Terms and Conditions of Use (Terms) and our Privacy Policy (together the Policies). If You don't agree with these Terms, then please don't use our services (defined later). Please note that You will not be able to book services offered by VLCC, if You have not clicked and accepted these Terms.
• 2.2 By agreeing to these Terms, You hereby agree to the following: (i) That You are at least 18 years of age or older to consent to these Terms. (ii) That You have the power to enter a binding contract with Us and are not barred from doing so under any applicable laws. (iii) That any registration information that You submit to Us is true, accurate and complete, and You agree to keep it that way at all times.

3. Membership Eligibility

• Use of the Website and/or the App as well as other services provided by VLCC are available only to persons who can enter into a legally binding contract under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Website/App or place orders telephonically. If You are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, You shall not register as a member of the Website/App and shall not transact or use the Website/App or avail any Services. It is however clarified that whilst registering as a member of the website or placing any order telephonically, VLCC shall solely rely upon the information provided by You and representations made. In the event the information provided is found to be incorrect, You undertake to indemnify VLCC and hold VLCC harmless against any third party civil or criminal claim.

4. Use of Our Services

• 4.1 You understand and agree that by registering with VLCC, You will be able to opt for wellness, grooming and beauty services (Service).
• 4.2 Package booked is the amount of service intended by the user. However, service shall be provided by the company only to the extent of the amount received against the invoice. The Invoice value is equal to the amount received only.
• 4.3 All computer generated invoice does not require a signatures At VLCC, all appointments are booked online through our Website/App or telephonically and are subject to availability of technicians and service slots. In the event You have booked an appointment, VLCC shall be limited to rescheduling the appointment to the next convenient available time slot.

5. User Account

• 5.1 VLCC endeavors to provide a comfortable and flawless experience to all its customers. VLCC shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services in case such damage is incidental, punitive, and consequential.
• 5.2 VLCC encourages all its Customers to take full responsibility of their belongings. In case any items or belongings of the Customer at respective Center is found to be missing post availing Services, the Customer shall have to notify VLCC Center within twenty four (24) hours from the time of availing such Services. VLCC shall try to locate the items on a "best-effort" basis but is not responsible for the same in case of loss or damage to the same.
• 5.3 If the Customer suspects any wrongdoing (legal or illegal) or has any complaint in respect of the Services or regarding the technicians, the Customer is encouraged to inform VLCC of the same in writing within 24 hours of using the Services of VLCC. VLCC shall not be liable for the conduct of its technicians.
• 5.4 Cancellation of Services -
• 5.5 Money once deposited is not refundable. However, it can be adjusted towards any other package after deduction of 20% of the amount paid (Post adjustment of Service already provided). Token amount paid, if any, is valid only for a period of 60 days from the paid date. Goods once sold will not be taken back.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• 6.1 Unless otherwise indicated or anything contained to the contrary or any proprietary material owned by a third party and so expressly mentioned, VLCC owns all Intellectual Property Rights to and in the Website/App, including, without limitation, any and all rights, title and interest in and to copyright, related rights, patents, utility models, trademarks, trade names, service marks, designs, know-how, trade secrets and inventions (whether patentable or not), goodwill, source code, meta tags, databases, text, content, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks. You acknowledge and agree that You shall not use, reproduce or distribute any content from the Website/App belonging to VLCC without obtaining an express authorization from VLCC.
• 6.2 Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is expressly clarified that You will retain ownership and shall solely be responsible for any content that You provide or upload when using any Service, including any text, data, information, images, photographs, music, sound, video or any other material which You may upload, transmit or store when making use of our Services. However, with regard to the product customization Service (as against other Services like blogs and forums) You expressly agree that by uploading and posting content on to the Website/App for public viewing and reproduction/use of Your content by third party users, You accept as the User whereby You grant a non-exclusive license for the use of the same.

7. Pricing

• Prices for products and Services are described on our Website/App and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in Indian rupees and are subject to change at the sole discretion of VLCC without prior notice to the Customer.

8. Termination

• 8.1 VLCC may de-register You from its platform and/or terminate Your use of the Website/App or its Services if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that You have breached, violated, abused, or unethically or exploited any of these Terms.
• 8.2 Notwithstanding anything mentioned in 9.1 above, these Terms will survive indefinitely unless and until VLCC chooses to terminate them. manipulated
• 8.3 If You or VLCC terminates Your use of the Website/App or any Service, VLCC may delete any content or other materials relating to Your use of the Service and VLCC will have no liability to You or any third party for doing so.
• 8.4 You shall be liable to pay for any Service or product that You have already ordered / used till the time of Termination by either party whatsoever.

9. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless VLCC from and against any and You shall indemnify and hold harmless VLCC, its owner, licensee, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms, Privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of dispute between the parties pertaining to these Terms as well as for any Service/product sold by VLCC through the Website/App or for bookings made telephonically, the same shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the of the courts at Delhi

11. Severability

• If any provision of the Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of these Terms shall continue to be in full force and effect.

12. Amendment

• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms at any time without any prior notification to user(s) and the amended and revised Terms shall be effective forthwith. Your continued use of our Services will signify Your deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. International Validation Norms

• VLCC School Of Beauty does not assure/assist in any International Placement/Internship Facility for Eligible Student,As the same is governed by the Employment Rules and Regulations of the Particular Country.

Rules and Regulations

Admission Requirements:

• Candidates should submit their application on the prescribed Application Form cum Placement form along with three passport size photographs Candidates should submit the certificate/mark sheet of the latest qualification

Fee Payment & Collection:

• All fee and dues are payable by Cheques/Demand draft payable in favour of "M/s VLCC Healthcare Ltd:', payable at Delhi. You may also pay through: Cash, Cheque, Credit/Debit Card, NEFT or Paytm.
• VLCC Healthcare Ltd. reserves the right to ask the student for providing original receipts before issuing the "Course Completion Certificate". So, the students should retain the original receipts and provide them as and when required. The responsibility to collect the valid student fee payment bill lies with the student.
• VLCC Healthcare Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw class delivery and certification services in case student fails to provide proper bill at any point during the course delivery.
• The fee has to be paid by the 7th of every month. All late payments shall incur a fine of Rs. 20 per day and non-payment beyond 15 days shall lead to termination of student services. Readmission fee will be applicable in such cases.
• Once paid, NO fee refunds shall be entertained.

Placement/Internship Assistance:

• VLCC Healthcare Ltd. will provide placement/ internship assistance to students on select courses.
• The placement assistance shall be governed by the placement process, prevailing at the given time.
• Internship programmes will be governed by the company policy which may change from time to time.

Passing Certificate:

• Every training programme will be followed by assessment as per the company policy. The student has to clear the assessment to be eligible for Certification. Passing marks for the assessment will be guided by the policy.
• On completion of the training programme and successful completion, VLCC Healthcare Ltd. will issue a Certificate to the candidate.
• Certificates will be issued after 45 days of course completion and clearance of all pending dues.
• In case of loss or damage to certificate, a duplicate certificate will be issued at an additional cost, as per the policy.
• In case of a fast track programme, the student would be required to complete the total no. of hours as per the programme details and should have passed the assessment to be eligible for the certificate.
• In case a student doesn't clear the assessment as per the qualifying criteria, he/she will have to reappear. If a student refuses to reappear, he/she will be given a "Certificate Participation". The reappear fee is governed by the company policy.
• Certificate has to be collected by the students from their respective Institute and no request to courier the Certificate will be entertained.

Attendance and Leave:

• Every Institute maintains a daily record of students attendance and students should have at least 90% class presence to be eligible for assessments. Attendance is maintained in the student logbook by the respective faculty at the Institute and students are required to sign the same after every class. Students can apply for leave sharing 3 days advance notice.
• The onus of completing the syllabus after leave is the sole responsibility of the Students can avail leave as per following details:

Rejoining:

• If a student avails uninformed leave for 7 days or more, he/she is liable to pay readmission charges, as per the company policy.

Termination of Student Services:

• If a student is indisciplined or misbehaving in the institute, VLCC Healthcare Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the student services without any notice and fee refund.

Batch Timings & Transfer:

• VLCC Healthcare Ltd. reserves the right to allot student batch timings and size as per availability of infrastructure. Student agrees that he/she shall attend classes as per allotted batch and time.
• In case change of any batch timings, the student has to submit written request at the institute. VLCC Healthcare Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject the mentioned student request.
• A student can request for internal institute transfer. The company reserves the right to accept/reject such requests. The company reserves the right to charge the student transfer fee in transfer cases.
• Course Upgrade/Downgrade:
• While there is a provision for course upgradation, there is no provision for course downgrade and correspondingly no fee refunds are possible.

Student Photo/Videos:

• VLCC Healthcare Ltd. can use student photos and videos taken during the programme on brand promotional material and social platforms.

Class Demo & Practical:

• During the course delivery, student may be required to become models during class practical. Student agrees to become model at his/her own risk and in case of any accident, injury or allergy; VLCC Healthcare Ltd. shall not be responsible for any damages or litigation.

Undertaking:

• Students should refrain themselves from carrying expensive items to the institute such as mobile phone, jewellery, watch, excessive cash. Students are responsible for their own belonging. VLCC Healthcare Ltd. shall not be liable/responsible in event of any loss/damage to the same.

Finance Facility

• VLCC Healthcare Ltd. has a tie-up with finance companies to provide easy finance facility to students. The finance company reserves the right to approve/ disapprove any loan application/ amount as per Terms & Conditions. VLCC Healthcare Ltd. does not take any responsibility of assuring finance facility.
• VLCC Healthcare Ltd. just facilitates in this relationship and any dispute between student and finance company will have to be settled between both the parties.

Mobile Phone:

• Usage of Mobile Phone is prohibited during the classes. In case, a student is found guilty of using phone during the class. VLCC Healthcare Ltd. management may take adequate steps as per company policy.
